Time to Lock Addresses!

Hi lovely Tea Dragon People!
I know you folks are so ready to snuggle with your plushie, play a few rounds of the Tea Dragon Society Card Game, and read the new book of Kay O'Neill's amazing series. We don't have a ton of new news, yet, since it seems that our plushies are still stuck in a trucking terminal after getting released from the LA port. If it were possible, we'd take a road trip to pick them up ourselves, but we have to be patient too! We've been assured that once they're free from the terminal, the plushies will arrive to our warehouse within a week. We're keeping our fingers crossed that we'll be able to begin fulfillment before the end of September.
In the meantime, everyone at Oni is prepping boxes, making space in the warehouse, and getting our shipping area ready, so that we can move quickly as soon as they arrive!
Since we anticipate news from the manufacturer shortly, we're moving on to the final step BEFORE WE SHIP! We're going to lock addresses in 48 hours. If for some reason we can't validate your address, you'll receive a notice to update your address. Once you update you address, we'll try to lock it again.

Hi folks,
Time for some updates! We're getting even closer to packing up those squishy faces and sending them your way. Our blankets our currently keeping cozy in our warehouse, stickers are ready to be stuck to things, pin packs are ready to be pinned to things and books are ready to be read! Our games and puzzles are sitting on a truck in Chicago getting ready to go on their super fun road trip to Portland, OR and join the rest.
And last, but certainly not least, the answer to the question you've all been dying to know. The plushies! Where are the plushies!?! We've received word that they're currently floating on a boat next to the beautiful beaches of Los Angeles. The port is congested at the moment, so we're waiting for a spot to clear and then they can jump on a truck.
Right now, we're still anticipating a September fulfillment, but we wanted to give you all a heads up that that may change in the next few weeks. If we hear anything new from the manufacturer about continued port congestion, we'll let everyone know ASAP.

Hello lovely people!
Things are arriving and we're so excited to see it in person. Our pins, stickers, and blankets are all in-house! Our books, puzzles, and games are on the way from various destinations, a few having already arrived. Our plushies are currently on a boat heading for sunny Los Angeles. After that, Mountain Chamomile will jump on a truck for their final journey to Portland, Oregon! Everything currently looks to be on schedule, but we'll know more when our plushies hit stateside.

Pledge Manager Closing on 07/16

Quick reminder that the Backerkit Pledge Manager will be closing on Friday, July 16th. If you haven't had a chance to fill out your survey, please do so now. You will be given enough time to make any last minute changes to your order, including a chance to grab any add-ons. If you haven't received your survey, double-check your spam folder. Can't find it? Note: You'll still be able to update your shipping address via the pledge manager after we lock your order.
After all orders are locked, we'll be charging cards for your remaining balance within Backerkit.
How much will I pay?
The total cost will be the value of all the items in your BackeKit cart, plus shipping and applicable taxes, minus what you were already charged in Kickstarter through your pledge. You'll receive an email when successfully charged.

Hello Tea Dragon people!
You should expect to receive the survey invitation today. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it! In the survey, you'll tell us where to ship your tea dragon and you'll also have a chance to add-on to your pledge if you desire. The entire survey should only take a few of minutes to complete and we've included a quick how-to below.
*PLEASE NOTE: The Pledge Manager surveys MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to receive your pledge. This is different than the initial Backerkit survey you received via private messages on Kickstarter.
It is important to submit the completed survey as quickly as possible. The Pledge Manager will remain open until mid-July, but you will need to complete it before we lock orders. You'll be able to make changes to your address up until this point. Don't worry! We'll send a reminder before we close the survey.
After the surveys are locked, we'll be charging all credit cards 30 days before we begin shipping. The total cost will be the value of all the items in your BackeKit cart, plus shipping and applicable taxes, minus what you were already charged in Kickstarter through your pledge.
Currently, everything is on schedule to ship in September. We'll keep you updated as we near fulfillment!
How do I complete the survey?
1. Start your survey. To begin, select your country and click “Get Started!”
2. Answer the survey questions or opt-out of the questions if you prefer.
3 Purchase any add-on items you'd like (optional)!
4. Enter your shipping address.
5. Confirm your information.
6. Share with friends! You're done!
I can't find my survey email.
The personalized link was emailed to the address that you provided when making your pledge. Be sure to check your spam folder. If you have lost your survey email, please go to the survey recovery page here.
How do I update my shipping address?
In Your BackerKit Account
Click 'Settings' at the top of the page, and then click 'Update Address' - this will update all of your unlocked survey's shipping details.
On Your Survey
To update your shipping information, click on your BackerKit survey confirmation link that was sent to your email. If you need this link to resent, please go to our survey recovery page here.
